Hi, I’m Jessie Hamilton-Burns, a UX designer at Expedia Group. I lead design efforts that help our partners better showcase their listings through thoughtful use of amenities, photos, and videos. A big part of my work focuses on enhancing the content dashboards for Vrbo and Expedia, guiding partners to create listings that are accurate, relevant, and complete for travelers.

I also contribute to improving our connected partner interfaces on Escapia and support the incremental implementation of our North Star vision through score-based incentives.

As a designer, I believe empathy is key. I’m passionate about advocating for users while aligning with business goals, thinking creatively to solve tough problems within technical constraints, and learning through iteration. I’ve come to value the process of making mistakes, learning from them, and coming back stronger with better, more user-centered solutions.
